Chilli Partners is an international affiliate network, and a direct advertiser for their seven exclusive and international casino brands (collectively, "Chilli Partners", "Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). Chilli Partners is managed by STEJON CONSULTING LIMITED, incorporated on 06.09.2023 in Hong Kong with company number 3 315 344 and registered address at UNIT 2A, 17/F, GLENEALY TOWER NO.1 GLENEALY CENTRAL, HONG KONG SAR, CHINA.

We  provide our partners with in-depth expertise in the gambling vertical, and their players with high-tech casino products. To successfully carry out the services, we collect and process several categories of Personal Data from you as a user of the Chilli Partners website (hereinafter the "Website") and to all services offered by Chilli Partners when you register for an event.

We take your privacy seriously and this Privacy Policy describes our practices regarding our collection and use of your Personal Data — such as what data we collect, why we collect it, what we do with it and sets forth your privacy rights.

2. PERSONAL DATA

2.1 Event registration through our Website

We use our Website to collect Personal Data that you directly input into event registration form as well as in any other page we set up as an event organizer, such as your name, email address, your employer’s name, and other related information. This data is collected by us, and we process it in the performance of a contract with you (the event registration) as well as in our legitimate interest to manage our events and contact you, as follows:
  1. Manage our event attendees;
  2. Contact you with regard to the event you have registered;
  3. Run statistics with regard to our event attendees;
  4. Improve our future events;
  5. Contact you with regard to other events, activities and services offered by Chilli Partners; or
  6. Send email advertising, including but not limited to delivering promotional content, newsletters, and updates related to Chilli Partners' products, services, and events.

2.2. Personal Data could include:

  1. Personal Data that you provide when your register to an event including your name, email address, phone number, your company name, your job title.
  2. Photos, video and audio recording may be taken at the event and used to publicize the event. If you wish that your image or voice is not recorded and published, for compelling and legitimate grounds relating to your particular situation, please contact Chill Partners and we will accommodate your needs if possible.
  3. Personal Data contained in or relating to any communications that you send to us or send through our website (including emails, text messages). Anonymous information about your computer and about your visits (including your IP address, geographical location, browser type and version, operating system, referral source, length of visit, page views and website navigation paths);
  4. Any other Personal Data that you choose to send to us.

2.3. Event registration, participation, and related matters

In order to participate in certain of our in-person events, you will receive an individual QR code sent to your email address, identifying the level of access granted by your registration. Each attendee receives a unique QR code linked to the email provided in the registration form. You may be requested to present this QR code at the entry to different areas of our events, as this is in our legitimate interest to manage the access to our events.

2.4. Partner marketing

When you attend our events, you may receive promotional goods or various items, provided by Chilli Partners and some provided by our event partners. This product placement is made without providing your Personal Data to our partners, therefore if you are interested in any of their products, please contact them directly.

We are committed to uphold the confidentiality of your Personal Data and ensure that you can exercise your rights. You have the following rights under this Privacy Policy:

We are committed to protecting personal information from loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration, unavailability, unauthorized access, and destruction and take all reasonable precautions to safeguard the confidentiality of personal information, including through use of appropriate organizational and technical measures. Organizational measures include physical access controls to our premises, staff training and locking physical files in filing cabinets. Technical measures include use of encryption, passwords for access to our systems and use of anti-virus software.

In the course of provision of your Personal Data to us, your personal information may be transferred over the internet. Although we make every effort to protect the personal information which you provide to us, the transmission of information between you and us over the internet is not completely secure. As such, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to us over the internet and that any such transmission is at your own risk.
